You guys were great at the Variety Show! I can't get over little Bjorn rubbing his belly. How funny!

Hey Thanks! You guys were great too! And I wouldn't be surprised if Bjorn was right up there with Rosie someday. Those two are a hoot! How is the little boychild feeling today?

Welcome aboard! I hope you liked "The Beekeeper's Apprentice" as much as I did.

I believe the quote Anner was looking for is, "There are three types of people in the world: the ones who can count and the ones who can't"

Either that or "There are 10 types of people in the world: those who understand binary and those who don't" (if you don't get that one, you fall in the latter category).

Hey Soccer - glad to see you got right on it and joined. Who says you are a procrastinator? I think you are a doer, not a leaner:
'There's 2 kinds of people in the world today,
just 2 kinds of people is what I say,
and the 2 kinds of people who show what I mean
are the people who do, and the people who lean.'
That's a bad paraphrase of an old poem (apologies for not remembering the poet but I am old and forgetful) that runs through my mind laughing, or crying, as the case may be.

Welcome "SoccerMom"! The Planet is starting to remind me of Halloween, where people's names imply alternate identities, but underneath you really know them (or at least think you do). As you may know, Halloween is my favorite RL holiday!

Yes, Ann, John Denver is dead but not forgotten. His music is much better with a dead beat. As for soap boxes, well, I prefer a coffin myself. I like to get up on my coffin, it puts me up higher than a soapbox and I'm a short guy. Just the other day I gazed into the abyss, the abyss gazed into me, and neither one of us liked what we saw. Pleased to meet you Ann, hope you guessed my name! But what's puzzling you is the nature of my game. See you at tech and dress! Morty

About me:
Don't you know all about me? If you live in Red Lodge, you probably think you do, just like I think I know everything about you. What you mightn't know is that I'm a perfectionist/procrastinator, that I'm a fourth-generation Montanan, and that I've always harbored a secret ambition to be John Denver's backup singer. Too bad he's dead.
What I'm listening to
Indigo Girls, Tenacious D, Storyhill, Clumsy Lovers, Kristen Chenowith
What I'm reading
My book club read "Angry Housewives Eating BonBons," and I gamely went along for the ride. It was a good diversion from unpacking boxes. Now I'm watching Season 4 of The Office, so I won't read anything for another week or so.
How long I've lived in Red Lodge
5-15 years
What I like best about Red Lodge
I love that we know we all have to coexist, so we are tolerant of one another. There are certain subjects I don't touch with certain friends, because it's more important to get along than to stand on our respective soapboxes. The further folks are from being personally involved in issues, the more they tend to criticize. None of us can be that far removed from anything here!
